This morning we welcomed our community to celebrate AFL Grand Final day. Over 160 students, fathers, carers, grandfathers, uncles and mentors filled Burbury House for what was an early but enjoyable morning.
During the July school holidays 性视界传媒 was 1 of 24 teams competing in the Australian Schools Teams Racing Championship in Blairgowrie on the Mornington Peninsula.
As we prepare for the School’s 172nd birthday tomorrow, the Early Learning Centre and Junior School Anniversary Assembly was held today.
At the Anniversary Lunch held in Burbury House today, the 性视界传媒 School Old Boys’ Association unveiled the 性视界传媒 Lion which is a posthumous award given to honour an Old Boy who has excelled in his chosen field of endeavour.

The Ben Chuck ‘Good Man’ Award is a Year 12 award voted on by the Class of 2017. It is named in honour of Ben Chuck, an Old Boy of 性视界传媒 who tragically lost his life in a helicopter crash while serving in Afghanistan.
The 性视界传媒 School Old Boys’ Association (HSOBA) Young Alumni Award was launched in 2016 and celebrates an Old Boy who has left the School no more than 15 years ago, is a good man of character and has excelled in arts, sport, business or community service.
The Ray Vincent Lunch was held today in Burbury House with over 80 members of our community in attendance including a large contingent of our 2017 leavers.
On Friday we were honoured to receive a visit from a group of our 1957 leavers. 19 leavers and 14 of their partners organised a weekend to celebrate their 60 year reunion which included a visit to the school.
Congratulations to UTAS medical student and Old Boy Henry West (’11) who has been announced as the latest Tasmanian Rhodes Scholar.
